Classic Thai Red Curry

Aromatic and creamy Thai red curry with your choice of protein and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Red curry paste
  • 1 can (400ml) Coconut milk
  • 500 g Chicken
  • 100 g Bamboo shoots
  • 1 Bell pepper (red or green)
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 3 Lime leaves
  • Handful Thai basil leaves
  • To taste Salt
  • As needed Rice
  • For garnish Fresh cilantro
  • For serving Lime wedges
